I submitted my paper to FCC's Online Writing Center to be reviewed, but I haven't gotten it back. What should I do?

Answer

Papers submitted to FCC's Online Writing Center are reviewed by tutors and returned by email to students in most cases within 48 hours, excluding Sundays and holidays. (For example, if you submit a paper on Saturday afternoon, it will be returned to you by Monday afternoon.) For fastest turn around, papers should be submitted Monday -Thursday during business hours.

Emails are sent to your FCC email address and come from care@thinkingstorm.com. Sometimes they can get stuck in your junk email, so check there if you haven't received it.

If it has been 48 hours (excluding Sunday and holidays), you can also retrieve your paper from the same place you submitted it in Blackboard. To do this: follow the directions under "Sending a Paper for Review" here.

If you still aren't able to locate your paper, contact the staff and we will follow-up with you.
