Q. I cannot complete the VLO database tutorials because I am getting a message that says "licensing agreements for these database require that access be extended only to authorized users."

This error happens most frequently in Safari, though it can occur in other web browsers if the browser is not up to date, or you have set your browser's settings to decline cookies.

In terms of troubleshooting we suggest.

1. Use Chrome or Firefox
2. Make sure your browser is up to date.
3. Clear out your cache.
4. Make sure your browser accepts cookies.
5. Attempt the tutorial again.

If that doesn't work, make sure you can access the databases in the first place by selecting a database and logging into the proxy server. If you get a username or password error, reset your password, and try again.

Please let us know if any of these steps address the issue you've encountered.
