I am signed into online tutoring and have been waiting for a while. Where is my tutor?

Answer

1) Make sure you have an appointment for today. FCC does not offer drop-in sessions for online tutoring. If you made an appointment with a Thinkingstorm tutor, you will need to select Thinkingstorm on the right side of the online tutoring page in Blackboard.

2) Verify your appointment time. You should have received a confirmation email with the time and day of your session.

3) If you have verified that you have an appointment and you are still waiting for your session to begin, please contact us. If it is during business hours, you can call 301-846-2444. If it is after hours, email us.

If you are having technical difficulties specifically with Thinkingstorm, you can contact care@thinkingstorm.com 24/7.
