Q. I am having trouble getting into online tutoring. What do I do?
Answer
Online Tutoring is available for current FCC students. Priority is for current students in introductory general education courses.
ThinkingStorm Online Tutoring is accessed through Blackboard by clicking on the "Online Tutoring" link on the left side menu on the main page or in your course page. If you are having issues with ThinkingStorm Online Tutoring, you can contact Customer Service 24/7 at care@thinkingstorm.com. Current FCC students are limited to 15 hours (900 minutes) per semester. ThinkingStorm will send an e-mail to your student e-mail account once you have reached your online tutoring limit.
FCC Online Academic Coaching/Tutoring appointments are made through this form. If you are having issues with FCC Online Academic Coaching/Tutoring, contact Courtney Sloan (csloan@frederick.edu) or Brian Penko (bpenko@frederick.edu).
