A link to a database in my Blackboard course is not working. What do I do?

The best thing to do is contact your instructor if you are having trouble accessing anything they have posted to Blackboard.

If you have the title of the resource and which database it was found in, you can reach out to us by live chat or by submitting our Ask a Librarian email form. We may be able to find the resource and send you a link. However, we can't guarantee it is the exact resource your professor wants you to use, so strongly recommend you contact them first.
