I can't remember my password or my password is incorrect. What should I do?
Answer
Before resetting your password make sure you are using the correct username/password conventions:
- FCC Username: w+studentID@myfcc.frederick.edu (ex. w1234567@myfcc.frederick.edu)
- FCC Password: Use the same password you use for any other FCC system, such as Blackboard, Peoplesoft, or Outlook. For students passwords expire every 180 days.
If you cannot remember your FCC password, or your password is not being recognized by the system, you will need to reset it.
