How do I cite an online newspaper using the Chicago Manual of Style/Turabian?

General notes on newspapers in the Chicago Manual of Style :
- If the name of the newspaper begins with "the", leave it out in your citation
- The city name, if not part of the title of a local newspaper, should be added in parentheses. This is not necessary for widely known publications like the Wall Street Journal or the Christian Science Monitor.
- Add the state abbreviation, in parentheses, if there could be confusion over which state the city is located in. For example: Urbana, MD versus Urbana, IL.
- For newspaper articles that have no author, the article titles comes first in the footnote/endnote citation, but in the bibliography entry, the newspaper title comes first (see example below).
- News sites like BBC News, CNN, and Vox are treated like the newspapers
